The ST-Filter high-flow air filter, developed with electronic technology thinking, offers increased airflow, faster flow rates, and improved air stability. It is constructed using high-density microfiber materials with a special pleat design and high tensile strength, enhancing performance while maintaining protective qualities. After cleaning and drying, it can be reused, making it a perfect replacement for disposable factory filters.

Utilizing high-pressure water-needling technology to produce bonded fabric through fibers, it possesses characteristics of high tensile strength and excellent breathability. As an air filter, it effectively reduces gas resistance, minimizes turbulence, and captures finer dust particles. It simultaneously meets airflow requirements and provides outstanding dust filtration performance.

Based on experimental results, compared to paper filters, increasing fiber density by 32% leads to an 88% increase in airflow, indicating that a greater volume of air can pass through rapidly.

The intake system inevitably accumulates dirt and debris, including sand, gravel, insect remains, and dust. The paper air filters commonly used by manufacturers have higher density and can block most dust particles. However, with the passage of time and exposure to temperature and humidity, the physical properties of paper can deteriorate. Features

During regular maintenance, technicians often use compressed air to clean the air filter, but it's not suitable for or recommended with the original paper air filters. This method can potentially disrupt the arrangement and density of paper fibers, making it easier for fine dust to accumulate within the fibers. Moreover, because paper filters cannot be washed, it's impossible to remove any oil contamination caused by air leaks.
