X-FLAP APP Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Auto Jaw Co., Ltd. (we, us, or our) handles information in connection with your use of the X-FLAP Exhaust Valve Controller mobile application (App). This policy reflects the current version of the App and will be updated if data practices change.

At the current version of the App, we do not intentionally collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information through the App. The X-FLAP App operates entirely on your device. In the current version, we do not intentionally collect: Personal identifiers (name, email address, phone number), Location data, Device identifiers or advertising IDs, Usage data or analytics, Bluetooth or local network scan data beyond what is required for device connection, Any other personal or sensitive information.

The App requires Bluetooth access to communicate with your X-FLAP exhaust valve controller hardware. The App only scans for compatible X-FLAP controller devices required for connection functionality. We do not collect, store, or transmit information about other Bluetooth devices in your vicinity, and Bluetooth data is never sent to any remote server.

The App may request Local Network permission solely for discovering and communicating with compatible X-FLAP controller devices on your local network. No other local network activity or data collection takes place.

At the current version of the App, we do not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics services, advertising networks, or tracking tools of any kind. We do not engage in tracking as defined by Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. The App will not display the ATT permission prompt.

All App settings and preferences are stored locally on your device only. In the current version of the App, no data is transmitted to or stored on any remote server. You can remove all locally stored App data at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.

By using this App, you acknowledge and agree that: Modification of vehicle exhaust systems may be subject to local laws and regulations, including but not limited to noise control ordinances, emissions standards, and vehicle inspection requirements. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Auto Jaw Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any fines, penalties, legal consequences, vehicle damage, mechanical failure, safety incidents, voided manufacturer warranties, or insurance coverage issues arising from the use of this App or the connected hardware. This App is intended for use only in jurisdictions where such vehicle modifications are legally permitted.

This App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

As the current version of the App does not intentionally collect any personal information, there is no personal data to access, delete, or opt out of selling. California residents have all rights under CCPA fully satisfied by our no-collection policy. You retain the right to request confirmation of our data practices at any time by contacting us.

Because the App does not intentionally collect or process personal data, most GDPR data processing requirements are not applicable in the current version of the App. You retain the right to request confirmation of our data practices at any time by contacting us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including when new features are introduced that may affect data collection practices. Significant changes will be communicated by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taiwan Changhua District Court as the court of first instance, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
