Q1: Shadow OBD2 diagnostic multi-function display shows no action after vehicle switch is turned on.

A:
Poor contact on OBD II connector. The main body and the control box circuit are in poor contact. Please double-check that each connector and terminal are tight.

Q2: Shadow OBD2 diagnostic multi-function display flashing occur in warning mode under normal values.

A:
Please check the warning value setting to see if the warning value is set too low and cause early warning. Please reset the warning mode of the D-Meter2.

Q3:Some values (turbo, exhaust temperature) cannot be displayed in Shadow OBD2 diagnostic multi-function display.

A:
After OBD2 is standardized, each Parameter IDs (PIDs) has a corresponding position. The value cannot be displayed may be that the PIDs and components are not used in the original factory setting, so the value of the OBD2 display cannot be displayed.

Q4: After the engine is turned off, Shadow OBD2 diagnostic multi-function display is not turned off at the same time.

That's because the ECU of some models shuts down and stops sending signals after the engine has been turned off for a period of time.

The mileage must be manually set in first time. There are "+,–%" in the mileage setting that can be set, and can be fine-tuned according to the degree of error.
