Shadow Radiator Cooling Fan Controller is a vehicle engine thermostat with a temperature sensor. It not only monitors the cooling water temperature, but also allows users to set the startup temperature to keep the vehicle temperature constant and dissipate heat for the engine to maintain vehicle performance.

The factory set the fan to start at 95℃~100℃. To let the electronic fan can be turned on earlier and reducing the chance of engine overheating and power decline, drivers can set the fan start-up temperature by themselves through Shadow engine cooling fan controller.

The digital automotive radiator fan controller combines the water temperature, oil temperature and voltmeter. It also has the function of temperature monitoring and can set warning values to assist the owner to monitor the vehicle. In response to different terrains and road conditions, it allows the user to operate the interface to adjust the temperature to achieve the purpose of improving engine performance. The control kit includes an operation interface setting unit, a signal feedback unit and a drive unit.
Signal Feedback Unit: Use a high-precision temperature sensor with an error of ±1% to return the temperature to the control interface unit for interpretation. Compared with commercially available fan controllers, our product is more sensitive and is about 15% faster than others. It also can monitor oil temperature and battery voltage at the same time.
Operation Interface Setting Unit: The user can read the current water temperature value through the operation interface and set the fan startup temperature. When the controller executes or stops the command, the numbers flash to prompt.
Drive Unit: After receiving the signal from the control unit, the 12V (30A) DC relay will conduct current to make the fan run. When the water temperature is 5°C lower than the set temperature, the fan will stop running immediately.

Radiator Cooling Fan Controller uses adjustable resistors to make corrections according to different temperatures. As a result, engine temperature can be precisely controlled. Therefore, to install the water temperature fan controller, just insert an extra temperature sensor and connect the control element to the original car fan to achieve the effect of early heat dissipation of the engine. The rate of heat dissipation will increase by 8.6%. It can effectively prevent the engine from overheating and is suitable for all 12V vehicles.
