Turbo Timer can achieve the effect of engine circulating heat dissipation
A turbocharger uses exhaust gas energy to spin the turbine wheel, which drives the compressor wheel on the intake side. This forces more air into the cylinders, allowing the engine to burn fuel more efficiently and produce greater power. In operation, the turbo shaft can spin at several hundred thousand RPM while enduring exhaust temperatures of around 900°C to 1000°C. Even when under vacuum conditions, the turbine continues to rotate.
Turbocharger Principle and Oil Lubrication-Cooling Significance
The bearings at the core of a turbocharger depend on engine oil for lubrication and cooling. Most designs use either a bronze sleeve or ball bearings, with very narrow oil passages inside. In high-temperature, high-RPM conditions, if the oil runs too hot or isn’t in good condition, the oil left on the shaft after shutting off the engine can easily burn and turn into carbon. This buildup clogs the passages and reduces lubrication. Over time, it can wear out the bearings faster, cause the turbine wheel to wobble, create a sharp whistling sound, reduce boost pressure, and in some cases even lead to blue smoke from oil leaking into the exhaust.

It allows users to set a delayed engine shutdown time ranging from 10 seconds up to 19 minutes and 50 seconds. Once the ignition is turned off, the countdown begins, and the vehicle will automatically shut down when the timer ends.
The housing is made of durable PC material, offering both impact resistance and high-temperature tolerance up to 120°C–130°C. Equipped with an LED indicator, it reduces power consumption while enhancing visibility without interfering with nighttime data reading.
